When I came to the first steps of High Castle there was an odd young man walking in front of me. He had something in his jacket, he would walk up a few steps then back down.

I was a little nervous about what he was going to do, so I stayed back a bit from him. What usually take 15 to 20 minutes to walk up took me almost 45 minutes. When we were about to the top he came running down towards me. I noticed in his jacket there were some flowers. Now I was starting to understand what was going on, I walked as fast as I could to the top. When I arrived there were two men and a young woman on top. The young man came up so fast got on his knee in front of the girl. He asked her if she would marry him, a long pause occurred. Finally, she said yes they hugged and kiss everything was good. I can tell you 90% of the time it is someone being paid to write you back. If I brought you to Ukraine to introduce you to a sexy girl then tell you it is a 90% chance this girl is a scam? When I did this the first time 22 years ago I was in my mid-thirties. Back then I used a magazine I found online called Scanna and wrote mailed letters. I know many women in Ukraine that have applied for a tourist visa and were denied many times. The cost for the visa was $300, her plane fare $1100 and $400 for travel. We spent four weeks together for a total cost of $3000!

She went back home to get her personal things in order to move to the USA permanently. We decided to leave her son with his grandmother until we were married and settled in.

In the winter when there is not much fresh food they live on pickled products they made in the summer. They pickle everything from cucumbers of course to apples, watermelon even beets and garlic. This is another reason they are so fit, they eat very little processed food. For a single woman to have a TV is big but it will not be a flat screen. A 19-inch box old tube set they will have. Do I feel sorry for these women? Absolutely not they have a good life, money is not everything. So when an American tells me all Ukrainian women just want money, sure why not they have none. Please do not judge these women until you have been there met them.
