Miami yes, Las Vegas, of course, many come here for sex. Prostitution is not legal in the city, travel any direction for 20 miles and you will find brothels. I understand they are very expensive from the men I have taken there when I drove a cab.
I have not seen street walkers in Ukraine or know about a place where they hang out. I always tell people that want to come to Ukraine with me, that it is 20 years behind us.
Which is a good thing! The people value family and children over money or careers. It is a nice place to visit if you want to get away from the technology. Ukraine people rarely talk on the cell phone just to talk. When a friend or loved one wants to tell you something you meet, talk about it in person. When I am in Ukraine I do not use my phone much, almost never drive a car. The public transportation is good once you learn it. In Kiev, it can be more difficult to maneuver around, the subway system works well. If you can read the Ukrainian language, if not you will need a guide like me!
